Frequent questions

How do I cancel my subscription?+

iPhone → Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Select the app and tap Cancel Subscription. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

The app shows no data for my river.+

We pull real-time water temperature from measurement stations across Norway. Not every river has a nearby station yet. Coverage is expanding continuously.

How do I restore my purchase?+

Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID. Sign in with the same Apple ID and access restores automatically.

How do I delete my account?+

In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This removes your account and associated data permanently. You may also email support.
