This page covers every app published by Cambrian AS. Choose one of the methods below to request account deletion. Email requests are answered within 24 hours.

In-app

Open the app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account, and confirm. The account and all associated personal data are removed permanently and immediately.

By email

If you no longer have access to the app, fill in the fields below. Your mail client will open with the request prefilled — review and send it.

◉§ 03

What is deleted

Account

Profile, login credentials, registered email and name.

Preferences

Settings, favourites, saved rivers and locations, notification choices.

Usage data

Sessions, device identifiers, and diagnostic logs tied to your account.

Content

Anything you created or submitted inside the app.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What we do not hold

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store and Google Play. We do not store payment information or transaction records. To cancel a subscription, manage it directly in the App Store or Play Store; receipt history is retained by the store, not by Cambrian.
